Quality & Certifications
At StandardAero Component Services, nothing matters more than the quality of our work. The tasks we perform are demanding because aerospace engines must be absolutely reliable. This means inspection and quality assurance are integral aspects of every MRO process we complete, as important as every advanced capability our expert technicians have mastered.
Certified quality inspectors are valued team members in every work cell in our facility. They ensure every metal or composite component we fabricate or repair, weld, heat treat or braze, balance, clean, finish, paint or test meets or exceeds the highest industry standards.
We have earned FAR 145, EASA 145, CAAC (CCAR 145), ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:2004 and AS9100/AS9110 certifications. We insist that our entire team shares a total commitment to quality excellence by engaging in Continuous Quality Improvement projects, Value Stream Mapping, Six Sigma, Kaizen Focus and Lean Manufacturing strategies to optimize value in every process step.
Quality leadership underlies our success as a primary maintenance supplier for Honeywell TPE-331, TFE-731 and CFE-738 turbofan and turboprop engines, a service leader for Rolls-Royce T56, AE2100 and AE3007 turboprop and turbofan engines, the first independent GE Authorized CF34® Service Provider, and full MRO provider for CFM International’s CFM56, engine for the Boeing Next-Generation 737 jetliner.
