StandardAero Component Services offers a full range of repair and overhaul capabilities using special processes developed and/or implemented at our facilities to solve unique and complex problems. These can range from advanced repair technologies through procedural, compliance and quality assurance processes. Some of our major process capabilities include cleaning, NDT and inspection; thermal spray and coating; plating; welding/brazing and heat treatment; painting, stripping and surface prep; manual and CNC machining; and extensive composite capabilities.

We rely on rigorous quality assurance validated by FAA, EASA, CAAC and industry certifications. Five coordinate-measuring machines are integral to final inspections. Our trained and certified quality inspection personnel are critical to ensuring that all required repairs are determined prior to starting the repair process, as well as verifying that your repaired components are functionally and dimensionally correct. Certification to the appropriate regulatory and customer-specific requirements is a critical final step in our repair process.
