Special technologies include cleaning and Non-Destructive Testing, Metallurgical Lab, metal spraying, Electron Beam welding, heat treatment, CNC and VTL machining, EDM & Spark Erosion, and balancing. Additional technologies consist of plating, laser beam welding & cladding, lapping, D-GunTM & Super D-GunTM, and Robotic High-Velocity Oxy-Fuel Spray. Our engineers engage in unique repair development for aircraft engine sections and secondary components. Services include MRO for aircraft and rotorcraft engines, auxiliary power units and components; airframe services including major alterations; FAA authorized avionics capabilities; comprehensive engineering services; and custom exterior and interior design, completion and paint. We provide these capabilities through our network of specialized facilities and mobile service teams.
