A Laser cladding repair of GE90/GP7200 Stage 2-3 HPC Shrouds developed by StandardAero to repair wear areas. The repair will become a source repair in the 2015 GE90-100 ESM.

• Repair 001 - Varnish Coating Replacement
• Repair 002 - Stg 3 Shroud Locating Pin Replacement
• Repair 003 - Repair Worn Area by Laser Cladding

• Cladding to be performed in Winnipeg by CATT Center
• Labor hours can be reduced through Kaizen
